Our Colt bungalow has benefitted from the attention of W.H. Colt on a number of separate occasions. We had an extension to the front of the property in 2010 and were impressed by both the care taken and the standard of the work as well as the evident professionalism.

This work led us to choose Colt again, now under new ownership, when it came to replacing the exterior cladding on our 1963 built bungalow. The original cedar shingles were replaced with tongue and grooved cedar vertical boarding and the exposed cavities insulated, this was again done in a very professional way, sympathetic to the construction of the property, well finished and with tidy workmanship.

Further work has included a replacement window and new ‘Fermacell’ sheeting on the bathroom walls ready to accept ceramic tiles, all with a minimum of disruption and mess and a neat finish.

To conclude I would say that if you are thinking of having work carried out on a Colt or similar building, then this is the company to use, they understand the construction, are reliable and trustworthy, careful and courteous.
