I want to thank you very much for such an excellent job you have made on my garage ceiling, which has had a marked effect on the temperature of my bedroom floor. Beyond the impeccable craftsmanship of Nick and Steve, it is always a huge joy dealing with Colts – you have such a great team. It was so interesting to see how professionally they tackled all the steps of a very difficult job, and were unfailingly good humoured.

I hadn’t thought of the benefits in the garage but it looks incredibly neat and will be a much nicer place for the table tennis once I get everything back in place – might even get a couple of chairs in there for spectators! Jamie and Will did an amazing job on the plastering – it was good to meet them too. I did appreciate your visits to monitor progress, and admire your skill in making the initial assessment for solving the problem.
I am looking forward to the installation of the sliding door in my bedroom when you are ready.
