Right from our first meetings, you were able to see exactly what we had envisioned and with your guidance and advice the whole project seemed to progress smoothly, which was particularly reassuring to Eileen who felt that the work was completed with no obvious mess and minimal inconvenience to her normal day to day living.
The courtesy and respect with which your team treated Eileen was most gratifying and is very much appreciated.
