We have now used Martin and his team on 3 separate occasions and have been delighted each time.  The first time was prior to buying our Colt house when Martin did a very thorough survey of the property and was able to recommend how best to proceed with maintaining the house, including realistic pricing and timescales.  Martin’s input was always pragmatic and we felt no pressure to implement specific options.  After we purchased the property, Martin and his team cleaned and oiled the cedar shingle roof and cedar outside walls.  Not only did this help protect the house it also transformed how the house looked on the outside.  Their last visit was to install new doors and windows, again this went very well.  Overall we have always been impressed by the professionalism and skill of Martin and his team.
