The Colt building was first built in 1973 and we renovated it in 2022 with new windows and removing one entrance door (replacing it with a window). In subsequent years we extended the cedar tiles along a shed that had been built behind the Colt structure to standardise the appearance.

The building and original roof is still in great condition and has survived many storms over its 50+ years! In all of these projects Martin and his team have done a fantastic job: completing the work on schedule and on budget, cheerfully and coming back at short notice if any minor follow-ups were needed. The Colt team has been easily the most reliable and customer-focused contractor I have used, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
